Policia e Kosovës, respektivisht Drejtoria për Hetimin e Krimit të Organizuar nga Departamenti i Krimeve të Rënda, në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë Themelore – Prishtinë, ka zhvilluar një operacion policor në dy lokacione të ndryshme nën dyshimin e bazuar se janë kryer veprat penale ‘Fajde’ dhe ‘Detyrim’.

Me datë 04.10.2023 DHKOKR ka zbatuar urdhëresën e gjykatës kompetente, me ç’rast në Prishtinë dhe Lipjan është zhvilluar operacioni policor gjatë të cilit janë sekuestruar në cilësi të provave materiale:

• Një revole,

• Tre telefona mobil,

• Një automjet,

• 915 euro,

• Shënime/ evidenca që dyshohet se ndërlidhen me veprat e lartcekura.

Lidhur me rastin, pas arrestimit të dy personave të dyshuar me iniciale L.A. dhe S.A., të njëjtit i janë nënshtruar procesit të intervsitimit, pas të cilit me aktvendim të prokurorit kompetent të njëjtit dërgohen në mbajtje për 48 orë.

Kosovo Police, respectively the Directorate for Investigation of the Organized Crime from the Department of Serious Crimes, in cooperation with the Basic Prosecution – Prishtinë, conducted a police operation into two difference locations under the grounded suspicion of the criminal offences “Usury” and “Coercion”.

On 04.10.2023 the DIOCSC has executed the Court’s order, where a police operation was conducted in Prishtinë and Lipjan and as material evidences in this operation have been seized:

• One pistol,

• Three mobile phones,

• One vehicle,

• 915 euro,

• Notes/evidences suspected to be related to the aforementioned offences.

Regarding the case, after the arrest of two suspects with the initials L.A and S.A, they have undergone the interview processes and by the Ruling of the competent Prosecutor have been taken to detention for 48 hours.

Policija Kosova, odnosno Direkcija za Istragu Organizovanog Kriminala Odeljenja za Teška Krivična Dela, u saradnji sa Osnovnim Tužilaštvom – Priština, sprovela je policijsku akciju na dve različite lokacije pod sumnjom da su počinjena krivična dela „Zelenaštvo“ i ‘Prinuda’.

Dana 04.10.2023. DIOKTKD je sproveo naredbu nadležnog suda, u kom slučaju je sprovedena policijska akcija u Prištini i Lipljanu tokom koje su kao materijalni dokazi oduzeti:

· Jedan pištolj,

· Tri mobilna telefona,

· Jedan automobil,

· 915 evra,

· Beleške/evidencije za koje se sumnja da su u vezi sa gore navedenim delima.

Povodom slučaja, nakon hapšenja dvojice osumnjičenih sa inicijalima L.A. i S.A., sa istima je obavljen razgovor, nakon čega im je, odlukom nadležnog tužioca, određeno zadržavanje od 48 sati.
