Drejtoria për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Korrupsionit (DHKEK), pas informacioneve të pranuara nga Ministria e Shëndetësisë se një biznes ka aplikuar në një tender publik me dokumente të dyshuara si të falsifikuara, zyrtarët e DHKEK të koordinuar me Ministrinë e Shëndetësisë dhe me kërkesë të Inspektorëve Farmaceutik të Ministrisë së Shëndetësisë sot me datë 14.06.2023 kanë asistuar inspektorët që të kryejnë një kontroll në një biznes në Prishtinë.

Kontrolli nga kompetentët është fokusuar në verifikimin e dokumentacionit lidhur me produktin farmaceutik “insulina”, bazuar në informacionet e pranuara se biznesi në fjalë nuk ka pas licencë për import të insulinës dhe rrjedhimisht ka marr pjesë në tenderin e shpallur nga Ministria e Shëndetësisë (MSH) në vitin 2020 për këtë produkt farmaceutik.

Inspektorët kompetent kanë urdhëruar biznesin në fjalë që të fus në karantinë tërë sasinë e insulinave deri në një vendim të ardhshëm, dhe ka mbetur që inspektorët farmaceutik të zhvillojnë procedura tjera ligjore ndaj biznesit në fjalë sipas kompetencës. Në vendin e ngjarjes kanë dal edhe zyrtarët e Doganës.

Rreth orës 19:00, të datës 14.06.2023, ka përfunduar asistenca për inspektoret farmaceutik të Ministrisë së Shëndetësisë (MSH-së).

The Police Economic Crimes unit provided assistance to the Pharmaceutical Inspectors

from the Ministry of Health for conducting a control in a business

Prishtina, 14th of June 2023

The Directorate for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DHKEK), after receiving information from the Ministry of Health that a business has applied to a public tender with the documents suspected to be forged, coordinated with the Ministry of Health and at the request of The Pharmaceutical Inspectors of the Ministry of Health, today on 14.06.2023 assisted the inspectors to carry out an inspection in a business in Pristina.

The control by the competent authorities is focused on the verification of the documentation related to the pharmaceutical product “insulin”, based on the received information that the business in question does not have a license to import insulin and still participated in the tender announced by the Ministry of Health (MOH) in 2020 for this pharmaceutical product.

Competent inspectors have ordered the business in question to quarantine the entire amount of insulin until a future decision, and it remains for the pharmaceutical inspectors to develop other legal procedures against the business in question according to their competence. Customs officials also came at the scene.

At about 19:00, on 14.06.2023, the assistance to pharmaceutical inspectors of the Ministry of Health (MOH) was completed.
