This solemn ceremony was enriched by the presence of the highest state personalities such as the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Her Excellency Mrs. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, His Excellency, the Prime Minister of the RKS, Mr. Albin Kurti, Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Xhelal Sveçla, deputy ministers, ambassadors, representatives of local and international institutions, superiors and officers of Kosovo Police, as well as family members of police cadets who graduated today.
In this ceremony, except the awarding of certificates for 433 police cadets, the Minister of Internal Affairs also awarded two medals of merit, to the Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Ambassador Davenport as well as to Mrs. Kimberly Riffe – Attaché for the International Criminal Investigation Training Assistance Program, US Department of Justice.
High state personalities and acting general director of the Kosovo Police, Mr. Hoti addressed the attendees with a speech congratulating the police cadets on their graduation and wishing them a warm welcome to the big family of police.
