Police Units from the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics in Prishtinë, after an investigative-operational work in the field, on 19.12.2022 at about 13:00 o’clock, in the highway Prishtina-Mitrovica, in Shkabaj village have stopped the vehicle Golf –V- grey colour with the driver F.M (1992, male, Kosovar) and the passenger M.H (1995, male, Kosovar). During controlling the driver, in his body was found a bag with substances suspected to be marijuana with the weight 3.0 grams, while to the passenger nothing suspicious was found. Both were taken for interview.

The prosecutor on duty from the Department of Serious Crimes was informed about the case, while by the order of GJ.P.P the house of the suspect F.M was raid, where, as material evidences have been found and seized the following:

•Four (04) bags of substance suspected to be marijuana with a total weight of 3115 grams, (3-kilogram and 115 grams)

• A bag with a suspected narcotic substance of the cocaine type weighing 22.9 grams

• Two (02) digital scales

• One (01) syringe filled with cannabis oil

• Six (06) pieces of cartridges of unknown calibre

• Cash in the amount of 350 euros

• One (01) iPhone -13

• One (01) vehicle of Golf-V- type.

By the order of the Prosecutor on duty, the suspect F.M after the interview has been taken to the detention centre for 48 hours, the case is being investigated by the DITN Prishtine.
