Kosovo Police, respectively, Unit of Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Gjilan, after a
several-months investigation period from the moment of reporting the incident, in providing material
evidences and other relevant evidences, after an investigative operational/tactical work, including the
covert technical measures and investigation, it was achieved to find the factual situation that a suspect
was involved in the criminal offence of usury.

About the amount of money that the victim received from the suspect, the amount of 30,000.00 € (thirty
thousand euro), according to the agreement to the suspect there must be returned the amount of
39.000.00 € (thirty-nine thousand euro).

Within the investigative actions, today on 10.06.2020, according to the Order of the Competent Court,
the house and the additional property of the suspect has been searched, in which case the suspect
(J.S.) has been taken to Police, interrogated in the presence of the attorney ex-officio.
After completing the interrogation with the Decision of the case prosecutor, the suspect has been taken
to 48 hours custody. Regarding the criminal case other investigative proceedings shall be conducted.
