Referring the case occurred on 03.06.2020 near the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, where a person has been detained for ‘Disturbance of order and public peace’, Kosovo Police regarding this case has undertaken all the necessary actions conform the legal authorizations it has.

The person accompanied to the police station has been provided the medical treatment and ex officio has been assigned the attorney. At the same time, regarding the actions of police officers, according to the legal provisions there has also been informed the police inspectorate for further treatment of the case.

Kosovo Police closely cooperate with the Justice Institutions and Kosovo Police Inspectorate and it is remains committed in respecting the human rights in performing duties and legal authorization.
