Kosovo Police, the investigators at the Directorate Against Trafficking with Narcotics, on 29th of November 2018, undertook a police operation, that resulted in seizing an amount of narcotics.

The police operation was conducted at the highway Graçanica-Gjilan at the village Kishnicë, after collection of evidence and information from the field, on the grounded suspicion that in this location on suspect, already arrested, were dealing with narcotics.

This person is suspected of having committed criminal act ‘Unauthorised purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and analogues’ Article 273.

The arrested persons in this case:
•    A. H.        born on 1986        m/a/k

The police investigators during the search of a vehicle driven by the suspect found 5 bags filled with narcotics type marihuana divided in 30 packages in the weight 32.3 kg.

After the consults with the prosecutor and by the order of the judge, a search was conducted at the suspects home in the village Merdare Podujeva, and during the search were found 3 plastic bags wrapped with adhesive tape, inside was found marihuana weight 3.2 grams as well as a bag of cannabis sativa seeds, weight 53.7 grams.

After a consults with the on duty prosecutor of the serious crimes the suspect is sent to detention.
