Prishtina, 03rd of January 2018 – today at about 03:00, the police received an information about a shooting with fire weapon in a location (Restaurant), located at the crossroad Lipjan –Janjeve, precisely in the village Dobratin.

Immediately after receiving this information, all necessary police units came at the scene, where they found that from a shot of a fire weapon a person was wounded and he was transported at the Clinical Center for medical treatment. 

The victim in this case 

 M. O.  36  years old, male, citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, 

He could not survive the wounds caused by fire weapon and lost his life. The death of the victim was confirmed by the medical team at KUCC at about 04:00. 

The body of the victim was sent to the Forensics Institute for autopsy, while the regional investigators are working to solve the case and clarify all the circumstances related to the case. 

The suspected person for this case is at large, he is identified and is on search by the police. His house was searched by police units and there was found and confiscated two weapons:

• One rifle type M48 (with license) and 

• One revolver TT (suspected to have been used in the case in question).
