During an operational plan, police investigators managed to identify and arrest the suspect B. M., under the suspicion for committing the criminal offence ‘illegal weapon possession’. Police found and seized a fire gun pistol with serial number 662528-1964 as well as a magazine with two cartridges. 

During collecting information about the suspect, Police managed to provide reliable information informing that he possessed a pistol. 

During the interview, the suspect told police about the weapon which then was seized. 

Material evidences and case letters are transferred to the prosecution office for further proceeding. 

In consultation with the state prosecutor the report is proceeded in a regular procedure.
