Prishtinë, 5 October 2017 –Within the police work, yesterday by Kosovo Police, in two separate cases, three persons were arrested suspected for possession of narcotics.

The first person was arrested around 14:30 in a school in Fushë Kosovë, where the juvenile (16 years old) was found and confiscated an amount of suspected narcotics.

While two other persons (19 and 23 years old) were detained at 18:00, from the Lipjan police units, while the suspects were in a vehicle (golf 2) moving to Shen Flori Street in Lipjan. In the car after routine check, the police found and seized a quantity of suspected narcotics. 

Upon completion of necessary police procedures, the three suspects with the order of the state prosecutor were released in a regular procedure.

At the Regional Police Directorate in Pristina, from January 1st 2017, so far over 240 cases of illegal possession of narcotics have been initiated.
