Prishtinë, 29^th of June 2018

Today, on 29th of June 2018, after
several-months investigation and in cooperation with the Kosovo Agency of
Intelligence and as a continuation of the operation dated 05/06/2018, the
Directorate against Terrorism in cooperation with the Kosovo Special Prosecution,
have undertaken a police operation into two regions of Kosovo (Prizren and
Skenderaj) for execution of the controls orders issued by the Basic Court in
Prishtina.

During this operation in the capacity of
suspects, three (3) individuals (R. K., A. A. and L. M.) were accompanied at
the Directorate against Terrorism, under grounded suspicions of committing the
criminal offences against the Constitutional order and safety in the Republic
of Kosovo, related to terrorism.

This police operation was conducted in close
coordination and cooperation with the German authorities, who have executed the
International arrest warrant issued the Basic Court in Prishtina, against the
suspect B. B.

During this operation, as material evidences
there were seized: one automatic weapon AK 47, three magazines of AK 47 with 40
cartridges, one air rifle, one colt pistol, a pair of binoculars, one vehicle
with foreign plates as well as various electronic equipment and other items,
which were used to commit the criminal offence and which then has to be
analysed.

By the order of case Prosecutor from the Special
Prosecution of Kosovo, against the suspects was imposed the police detention of
48 hours.
