Kosovo Police, respectively the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics, Unit in Prizren, have arrested a suspect for committing the criminal offence of ‘unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogue substances’.

The Investigation Unit of Trafficking with Narcotics in Prizren, after receiving the information that a suspect was transporting narcotics, in cooperation with the Highway Unit stopped the vehicle Citroën, driven by the suspect who disobeyed orders of police and attempted to escape from the scene.

Thanks to professional reactions and activities of police officers it was managed to stop the suspect and seize narcotics.

The arrested suspect in this case is:

• E. R. born 1992 m/a/k

By the order of the pre-trial judge in Prizren, the suspect’s house has been raided, where the following material evidence has been found and seized:

• 1 (one) hunting rifle,

• 31 cartridges,

• One Citroen vehicle, 

• Two mobile phones,

• two packaging filled with an alleged narcotics weighing 30 kg and 920 grams. 

By the decision of the Basic Prosecution in Prizren, the suspect has been imposed the police detention measure in the Police Station in Prizren.
