Kosovo Police, respectively the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics, on 25th of October 2016, after an investigation and by the order of the court have conducted a tactical plan where an apartment was raided in the neighbourhood ‘Dardania’ under grounded suspicion that there could be an amount of narcotics. 

After the raid, Police have found an amount of narcotics, which were wrapped in 7 packages of various forms and filled with narcotics alleged to be of marijuana type. 

Regarding this case was arrested the suspect:

• A. M. born on 1993 m/a/k

The arrested suspect is charged for the criminal offence ‘unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic or analogue substances’, Article 273.

According to the information received, it is suspected that the aim of suspect was the distribution of narcotics to other drug users into small amounts.  

The value of narcotics after weighing with scale has resulted to be 8 kilograms and 82 grams. 

Related to this case was also seized a knife and three mobile phones. 

By the order of the prosecutor, the suspect was detained in detention centre.
