Prishtinë, 21 September 2016

Kosovo Police, respectively Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Human Beings (DITHB), on 21 June 2016, at about 14:00 o’clock, has undertaken a police operation in the village Lupç – Podujevë.

This police operation was conducted based on an investigation by the DITHB police investigators under grounded suspicion that the illegal activity of prostitution was being conducted.

The police operation resulted on arresting of two persons suspected for the criminal offence of ‘dealing with prostitution’.

The persons arrested in this case are:

• Q. R. born in 1950 f/a/k

• Sh. M. born in 1941 m/a/k

In consultation with the state prosecutor, the arrested suspects were taken to the Basic Prosecution with fast procedure.
