In the course of uncompromised fight against the
suspects for various criminal offences, especially those suspected with
narcotics, Kosovo Police, respectively the Anti-drug Unit in Peja region after
an investigative-operational work and information received by the sources in
the field, on 02 / 08 /2016 at about 21:00, has raided / controlled the house
and property of a suspect in the Peja city. During the raid inside the house
were found two internal sophisticated laboratories for producing the plant of
Cannabis Sativa type, which was equipped with the heating, cooling, lighting,
ventilation and irrigation system. The raid resulted in finding of a pistol too.

In this case the suspect with the following initials was
arrested:

·        B. H.
      born in 1966,
             
M/K/SH,  Pejë

As a result of this operation, as material evidences
were seized:

–          Two hundred and
twenty eight (228) plants of Cannabis Sativa type, of the length from 5cm to 2   meters

–         One (1) set of plastics for planting plants

–         Syringes,

–         Two (2) thermometers,

–         Two (2) big water canisters of 200 liters

–         Two (2) pumps for water absorption

–         One (1) package of plastic gloves

–         Five (5) plastic bags with simulation with liquid for
plants with inspcription ROOT Stimulator bloom ATAMI and Tera lives and tera
max of one liter,

–         One (1) canister with inscription Hesi BLOOM complex,
(20 kg),

–         Improvised lighting with neon 7 pieces

–         29 emptied plastic pots

–         One (1) plastic bottle 0.5 L,

–         Plastic canister of 5 litre with inscription Camma PK
13 /14, plastic canister with inscription HESI

–          One (1) pair of
scissors,

–         One (1) permanent black marker,

–         Two (2) plastic bottled of one litre ATA PK13-14,

–         Two (2) large fillets for air cleaning,

–         Electric tables with switch,

–         One plastic canister for irrigation

–         Cooling with current 4 pieces

–         Pump for spraying filled with pesticides mentioned
above.

–         Plastic boxes Rhizopon 20 grams stekpoeder

–         Plastic box 300 ml cylonex

–         Bill from Holland where the above mentioned pesticides
have been bought, electric cables

–         Foil laid on the floor for holding water

–         Foil attached to the wall for heating

–         Foil package and foil tube for airing, unused

–         Light boxes with spare bulbs of Philips type

–         Current cable transformer, substation for lighting
transformer

Against the suspect was imposed the detention of 48
hours by the decision of the prosecutor, for further proceeding according to
the law.
