Kosovo Police, respectively Directorate of Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics as a continuance of previous police operations, dated 6 June 2016 conducted the police operation coded ‘POSTA’, which resulted with the arrest of (5) suspect for committing the criminal offence ‘unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and selling of narcotics, psychotropic substances and analogue’.

The police operation has been conducted in the highway Ferizaj-Shkup in a furniture warehouse, where during the control in several furniture there have been found (57) packages of narcotics suspected to be marihuana, which is in total (58 kg). 

             The seized narcotics was about to go to Switzerland.

About this case there have been arrested:

• A. L. born on 1976

• R. H. born on 1975

• N. N. born on 1979

• A. Gj. born on 1968

• J. H. born on 1960

The same police operation resulted with checking four houses and a flat in the Peja city, as well as a house in the village Kotradiq of Peja, while the arrest of suspects has been done in Gjakova and Peja. 

During the control as material evidences there have been found: 

• Two mobile phones Samsung with foreign SIM cards

• A cartridge 9 mm,

• a Red spray pepper gez MK4 

• two bulletproofs, one black and the other white 

• an air rifle of the caliber 6.35 mm 

• ten cartridges of this rifle and a bag of the rifle  

• two bags with suspected narcotics marihuana, about 10 gr.

• One mobile phone of the type Samsung CE 0168 with Yallo SIM unknown no.

• A black Iphone 5 

• Two mobile phones Nokia 

• A vehicle of the type Audi A-8 blue

• Money on the vehicle 725 euro and10 cent.

During this police operation there have been arrested five persons, while with the decision of the prosecutor three of them have been taken to custody of 48 hours while two of them have been released in a regular procedure.
