Today, on 4 August 2015, at about 10:00, the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics, has conducted a police operation in the Graqanica region, based on the information that in a private property were cultivated some narcotic plants. During the Police operation, there was controlled a house and its additional facilities, where there were found 35 cultivated plants suspected to be of marijuana type. In this case, there was arrested the suspect:
• M. A. born in 1991 m/k/sDuring the control were found and seized as material proofs:
• 1 gun VIZOR 50 kal.7.65,
• 1 magazine of the gun with 5 cartridges 7.65 mm,
• 7 cartridges 7.65 mm, 2 cartridges 7.62,
• an amount of narcotics suspected to be of marijuana type, weight of 5.7 grams,
• a suspected amount of cannabis seeds, weighted of 46.9 grams
• 18 emptied small bags for filling narcotics and one foil that serves to reel the narcotics.
All police actions were conducted by the authorization of the competent prosecutor, where the suspect was interviewed and sent to the custody center.
