Kosovo Police, respectively Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Human Beings (DITHB) in function of implementation of the strategies for prevention and combating the organized crime, various illegal actions, prostitution, and especially realization of its objectives in the fight against trafficking with human beings, after conducting investigations have conducted a police operation in cooperation with labor inspectors and KTA.
Police operation was conducted according to the operational plan “Shkurti 2015” on 20.05.2015, at about 21:45 in the Ferizaj region, where three (3) premises (“MONTONA”, “ITALIA-M” AND “DRILONI”) were controlled

During the control in the “DRILONI” bar, was found a weapon of BROVIN type, caliber 6.35 mm, and one magazine with six (6) bullets of the same weapon, regarding this case there was notified the Police Station in Ferizaj where then had proceeded with the initiation of the case for “Unauthorized ownership, or illegal possession of weapons”.
In the controlled locations were also encountered nine (9) workers, citizen of the Republic of Albania, where the Department of Migration and Foreigners in KP and inspectors of labor have taken the necessary legal measures regarding these national.
The operation was conducted successfully and according to the foreseen plan, in order to prevent the illegal actions and verification of information for possible victims of trafficking or prostitution, while the inspectors of labor and of KTA have imposed fines regarding the administrative issues.
