Today (20.1.2015) general
Director of Kosovo Police Mr. Shpend Maxhuni with his staff hosted in a meeting
Mr. Fulvio DELLA ROCCA, Deputy General Director of
Italian Police and Director of Criminal Police Directorate accompanied by his
staff.

Referred to the mutual
cooperation, Mr. Shpend Maxhuni thanked the Italian state for the support,
especially Italian Police, Carabineers and Guardia di Finanza, given to Kosovo
Police in the cooperation field between the two policing of the two countries.

Kosovo Police has already
proven itself to be prepared to be part of all international police
organizations such as: Interpol, Europol etc. with the aim of preventing,
combating criminality, as in the country, region and wider, and that this
remains among the main objectives of KP.

While Mr. Rocca, Deputy
General Director of Italian Police thanked Kosovo Police, in this case Mr.
Shpend Maxhuni for the cooperation with Italian Police and expressed the
readiness for further cooperation in the field of combating the crime,
terrorism and exchange of information.

During this meeting which was held in the environments
of General Directorate of Kosovo Police, the heads of two countries pledged for
ongoing mutual cooperation between the both police organizations as well as
joint advancing in the prevention field for combating the crime, organized
crime and terrorism.
