On 31.10.2014, Police units in Kamenicë, respectively in Muqivërc, during the performance of police duties, at about 02:55 in the highway Katushnicë – Rogoqicë have stopped a vehicle with civilian plates, where during the control they have noticed suspicious elements for ‘smuggling with migrants’.During the police control, the officers have noticed that the driver did not possess the authorization and border security, to drive the vehicle.In the vehicle were three passengers who did not possessed documents, and during the interview by the police officers, they have admitted that the suspect already arrested by the police, has used the persons for smuggling purposes.The arrested suspect is:
Sh. K, born in 1992, male, Albanian- Kosovar.The suspect is suspected for trying to take the passengers in the western countries through Serbia.Regarding this case, the Prosecutor in duty has ordered to seize the vehicle while for the persons to open the case against them for ‘smuggling with migrants’Respectfully,
