Prishtinë, 10th October 2014 -On 9.10.2014, at 11:00h, Kosovo Police, respectively the Directorate of Investigation of Organized Crimes, in cooperation with the Kosovo Customs, at the airport “Adem Jashari” Prishtine, conducted a police operation, where they arrested one person, on the ground suspicion of committing a criminal act “issuing checks without cover or false ones” and “misuse of bank cards or credit cards”.The arrested person is:• E. TH. m/al/k born on 1993Based on the preliminary police investigations, the arrested suspect committed criminal act by buying items online with stolen credit cards.In the framework of realization of this police operation and collection of relevant evidence related with case, the residence of the suspect was searched as well, where a small gas weapon was found together with 42 bullets 9mm as well as other evidence.In the quality of relevant evidence are found and seized:• One desktop PC• One Lap-Top pc• One mobile phone • Two packages with items suspected to have been bought with stolen credit cards.All the police actions regarding this case are performed under the authorization of competent prosecutor and by his order, the suspect was released in regular procedure while investigation for this case are ongoing.
