The Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics after some investigations conducted in a period of about a year, on 5.7.2014 in the Shtime-Ferizaj highway have conducted a police operation coded “Luboteni” where eight persons were arrested with the background suspicion of having committed the offence ‘purchase, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotropic and analogue substances’. The arrested persons are:

• N. B. born in 1969 m/a/k
• M. Th. born in 1980 m/a/k
• Sh. D. born in 1977 m/a/a
• S. H. born in 1990 m/a/a
• F. H. born in 1983 m/a/a
• M. N. born in 1969 f/a/a
• Z. Gj. Born in 1991 f/a/a

The police operation began while the police investigators stopped three vehicles and during the control in one of the vehicle’s luggage in a bag they found eight packaging with marijuana wrapped with folio in total weight 8 kg 508g marijuana.In continuation of this operation there was checked a flat in Ferizaj in which were living two suspects, and there was found an amount of marijuana approximately 3 grams, some equipment for wrapping marijuana, a gun Crvena Zastava 7.65 with serial number C-88476 and 6 bullets in magazine, one bullet 9 mm caliber. As material evidences there were seized:
• 8 kg and 511 g marijuana
• Gun Crvena Zastava 7.65Three vehicles:

• Grey Mercedes
• Metallic grey Mercedes
• Renault Laguna All police actions regarding this case were conducted under the authorization of the respective prosecutor and against the suspects was imposed the police detention measure to proceed with other investigative procedures.
