As result of several-month investigations, the Directorate against Terrorism under supervision of the Kosovo Special Prosecution, today on 26.6.2014 at 06:00, has conducted a police operation which is related with investigation of some suspects for inclusion in the offences ‘Organization and participation in terrorist group (Article 143)’, “Recruitment on terrorism (Article 139)” and “Incitement of hatred, disruption or national, race, religious or ethnic intolerance (Article 147)”.

The police operation coded “Goditja”, conducted by the Directorate Against Terrorism was also supported by other police units of the Special Units Division and other relevant units, which has resulted in arresting of three suspects.
The arrested persons are:
1. I. B. born in 1989, in Kaçanik,
2. S. T. born in 1984, in Han të Elezit,
3. J. K. born in 1992, in Kaçanik.
In the series of investigations, according to the order of the pretrial EULEX judge by the Basic Court in Ferizaj, was conducted a raid in two location in Kaçanik and Hani i Elezit where there were controlled the houses and additional facilities of the three arrested suspects.
During the raid there were seized as material evidences:
• Electronic equipment (computer, Lap-Top, SIM cards),
• gas revolver, propaganda material, military uniforms, passports, binoculars, etc.

Police units are continuing investigation of this case in order to possibly find involved any other suspects.
By the decision of the prosecutor, the detention measure of 48 hours was imposed to the suspects.
