Prishtinë, 19 March 2014 -On 19.03.2014 at about 2:30 Police Units from police station Gilani realized a tactical police operation where one person was arrested suspected that the same committed criminal act of “Unauthorized Buying, Possession, Dealing and Selling of Dangerous Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances” and the police confiscated about 25 kilograms narcotic substances suspected to be marihuana type. The arrested person is:
• SH. D born on, albanian, Albanian citizen.
The arrest took place after police officers in the Prishtina street stopped the vehicle type Seat Ibiza, green color, driven by the suspect and during his and vehicle control, two suspected bags (11 plastic bags) with narcotics of Marihuana type are found.Relevant police units, investigators from the Department of Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics and officers from forensics came at the scene and completed the scene examination, taking photos and confiscating narcotics that after the measurement and test resulted to be narcotics Marihuana type weighting 25 kilograms. Also, as material evidence the vehicle was confiscated in which the narcotics were found. All police actions regarding this case are performed under the authorization of the respective prosecutor and against the suspects a detention measure of 48 hours was imposed to continue with further investigational proceedings.
