Kosovo Police, respectively the Directorate of Investigation with Narcotics, unit in Gjilan, in the continuous work in combating criminal acts, confiscated over four kg of narcotics, and arrested two suspects. By the authorization of the competent court, last night (21.01.2014) at about 18:00, police investigators realized operation “Vjeshta” which resulted with arrestment of two suspects for unauthorized possession of psychotropic substances, as well as seized six packages with narcotics, suspected to be marihuana.After the narcotics were weighted, they resulted to be 4.917 grams (four kg and nine hundred seventeen grams) narcotic of marihuana type. The entire operation was performed under the supervision of the state prosecutor. Related with the case, these evidences were seized:
• One vehicle type Opel Astra,
• Six packages with narcotics,
• Two cell phones
By the decision of the prosecutor a detention measure of 48 hour was imposed against the suspects.
