Z. Haxhija from Gjakova, has reported a case in the Police Station in Rahavec as a victim for as he said: while he was working at the workplace as an employee in a gambling premise “Apex Game” in Xerxa village, an unknown suspect forced him to open the gambling machine in order to rob a considerable sum of money.After receiving the information, the investigation team from the Rahavec police immediately began the investigation, and since the beginning they found that the victim’s statement was not matching with the real circumstances and stated amount of money so the investigation team challenged the victim’s statement that resulted to be flase, because there was identified the second suspect which resulted to be a cooperator in staging the case. The state prosecutor has suggested the case to be forwarded to the prosecution according to the regular procedure, while police have filed criminal charge against Z. Haxhija and Sh. Gashi because both in cooperation have consumed elements of the offence ‘False statement’.
