During his stay in the United States of America, the General Director of Kosovo Police, Mr. Samedin Mehmeti accompanied by representatives of the police and DOJ-ICITAP, US Embassy in Kosovo, met the representatives of the Albanian American Law Enforcement Association, headed by Mr. Elton Shametaj with his staff.

In this visit, which was considered very warm and fruitful, topics of interest for the police organization were discussed, for the increase of mutual cooperation, for the Albanian-American community, exchange of information and for providing unreserved support to the Kosovo Police.

The meeting resulted in the exchange of recognition plaques as well as the willingness to continue cooperation in various fields of mutual interest.
